This review is only being entered due to the fact your grounds maintenance department, while clearing the sidewalks of the fallen snow on the morning of Jan 25, 2026, deposited the snow that was being cleared on the patios of ALL the 1st floor apartments facing Fairbanks Dr, including my own.

Maintenance requests go unanswered, with a great deal of excuses. Received threatening letters even though rent paid promptly. New instructions very confusing.
