Broken Promises

People at the leasing office are good folks; however, they're very nice to you and willing to serve your needs before you sign the lease vs after. I moved into my apartment with a banged up front door that was damaged and then painted with unmatched paint as if done by a 4-year old. I was promised the paint issue would be taken care of 3-5 days after moving in. That was 16+ months ago. Saying you're going to do something, and then not following through with it is called LYING. Please don't make the crazy argument, "Well, did you get it in writing?" Things should never come to this, but the next time I have to work out a problem with Mountain Glen I'll have a landlord-tenant attorney present.

Enjoyable place to live

The staff especially has always been super helpful! Its kinda pricey but i guess maryland is an expensive state. Love how much parking there is and have never had a problem in the two years ive lived here
