Over Priced

I have lived here for 5 years. In the last year the rent has become ridiculous. We now pay for a virtual parking pass, and nothing has been done to level the parking lots. Nor do we have assigned parking spots. I'm not sure way we now need paid parking. We now pay for sewer, water and trash, but there has been no changes in the service. Even with the $300+ rent increase, nothing has been done to update the buildings. And you can always hear what the neighbor above you is doing, including listening to their dog howl when they leave the dog at home. At $1200/month you're able to over look all of the negative aspects, including the crazy office hours that do not accommodate those of us who commute to working and put in a Monday - Friday from 9 to 5 work day. At over $1500 + parking it just isn't worth it.

Nice Place to Live

I've only lived here since last Fall but I am enjoying living here very much. The renovated apartments are very nice. Some neighbors are extremely loud late into the night and very early in the morning and they like to leave the hallways of the apartment a mess but if you can look past that it is a great community. Overall I do recommend living here!

Generally Solid

Management is friendly, responsive, and attempts to provide good customer service to residents. Recent updates like renovated common areas and trash cleanup have been encouraging. There are some inconveniences such as appliance issues, the online parking system, and occasional problems with their rent payment system. It's a solid value for the apartment and amenities.

Fieldpointe Area

Living here wasnt bad at all, but its been changing a lot and it seems not a lot of people like the changes that are happening. Some changes are understandable and some arent. The biggest one for me is the parking pass. Other than that the changes are okay.
