The following breeds and/or mix breeds are prohibited: Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, American Staffordshire, Shar-Pei, Bull Terriers or any aggressive breed are not allowed. Remington Place is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $40 per pet per month. A $250 refundable deposit is also required per pet. There are no weight limits per pet and exotic animals are not allowed.
