Stephen is a recent addition to the maintenance staff at Dunhill South. He has been on the property for several months. My personal encounters with him have always been pleasant. He is always willing to help when he can. Recently I reported a problem with my refrigerator. I was impressed by how quickly he responded. He assessed the situation and began to dissemble the motor. Wow! I was amazed how he replaced the faulty part and it was fixed. I thought that the refrigerator needed replacement. I was glad that I didn't have to remove any freezer food, etc. I was also impressed that he cleaned up behind his work. He was very respectful of my kitchen area. I really appreciate his quiet demeanor and professional abilities. I hope that the property will make every effort to reward him for the hard work that Stephen does. He is a great representative of customer service. Thanks so much!
