Both properties will offer resident lounges, off-street parking, 24/7 maintenance and onsite management offices. Residents will have easy access to downtown Elkton's many retail, recreation, academic and dining offerings. *NOTE: Income-based program and the eligibility guidelines are set by HUD. Never any response when theres an issue, understaffed for management, maintenance doesnt always come out when needed, and the neighbor claims my parking spot is hers.

Not just for seniors

There is a young couple with a very noisy child living there We thought that place was for people 62+ ?? So, I guess age doesn't matter there

There are young people with snall children snd a baby living there It's supposed to be for seniors 62+ The laundry room is also being used by non residents. People smoke in their apartment which is against the rules
