The renovated apartments will feature a variety of spacious floorplans with new energy efficient appliance packages, new heating and cooling systems, and either in-unit washers and dryers or on premise facilities. Both properties will offer resident lounges, off-street parking, 24/7 maintenance and onsite management offices. Place have potential

Houses are poorly made i have half of an inch creases and cracks throughout house doors have holes and air blows in you can hear it maintenance cannot fix it rotten smells in walls and spiders everywhere quarter size and up maintenance ride around pass your house when you have a issue thats been pending for more than a week

Never any response when theres an issue, understaffed for management, maintenance doesnt always come out when needed, and the neighbor claims my parking spot is hers.
