The renovated apartments will feature a variety of spacious floorplans with new energy efficient appliance packages, new heating and cooling systems, and either in-unit washers and dryers or on premise facilities. Both properties will offer resident lounges, off-street parking, 24/7 maintenance and onsite management offices.

Never any response when theres an issue, understaffed for management, maintenance doesnt always come out when needed, and the neighbor claims my parking spot is hers.
Not just for seniors
There is a young couple with a very noisy child living there We thought that place was for people 62+ ?? So, I guess age doesn't matter there
