Management tolerates on site smoking despite various complaints from non-smoking tenants. Homeless people have been living on the bus stop directly in front of the building for a month without police or North Street management interference. The current manager is a very professional person and pleasant but does not keep people from smoking on or near the building with cigarette smoke wafting into nearby units. There are only 3 washers and 3 dryers for roughly 60 residents and they don't get cleaned. The water temperature is set at 120 degrees (F) which isn't hot enough to actually disinfect clothes being washed in the machines. There is only one off-site manager and maintenance staff and the property is kept very clean and neat from the outside, there is a great deal of improvement needed inside. It's a very nice building but it has its shortfalls, as stated above.
