My Review is, good Place to live here, close to Bus Stop, Parking is Plenty(I dont have car of my own). allowed to have small pet as such as Cat, Small dog, Guinea Pig, Hamster, especially Fish Tank is out of question because of water weight. My apartment is kinda small than my old apartment was big apartment in Tall Pine Court in Glen Burnie, MD 21061(same company). Section 8 HUD accepted, a lot of trees here. Bus RTA 401 will take you to Hospital, Safeway, and Mall then back same but take you home through to HCC- Howard Community College and arriving home. ride other bus, go to Mall and get off from there and find the right bus where you are going. you can find schedules RTA bus times and where on Website. I have live here for 12 years since 2012 from Tall Pine Court Glen Burnie, MD 21061 to THE BLUFF CLARY'S FOREST Apartment, Columbia, MD 21044, But bad one is no accessible for Walker, Rolloator walker, Wheelchair, Scooter wheel chair. I dont know if they have flat floor. where I live is stairs up and down. I am living on Rollator Walker. it is good place.

The trash service management is bad. Landscaping is not done. Washing rooms is not upgraded, making bad smell in the common area and get into the apartment.

Living in this apartment has been a great experience. Its convenient location provides easy access to public transportation. The maintenance staff are responsive and on time to address the issues. The apartment is well-maintained. The rent is reasonable, given the benefits, and the friendly community and responsive management enhance the overall living experience. I would confidently recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a well-located, well-maintained, and comfortable place to call home.

I have live in this place for 11 years and I love this area and it close to my mom's home includes my older brother living with my mom. Bus close by. Maintenance good do good job but not landlord is not great due my Deaf and disability. Not great place for Deaf Friendly and Disability,. but Great for Section 8 HUD or voucher from housing authority. I wish My landlord could handle better my needs but what can I do. this apt isnt mine, just paid my rent that's it, it is landlord owns it.
