Quiet and Near Nature!

I've lived here for 4 years and still happy with my decision. I wanted to be near trails for running, biking and hiking and come home to a quiet space to relax. The building is very well-built, I can hardly ever hear neighbors in the building. I was surprised how large the rooms were when I first toured. The staff and management are what truly make living here wonderful, though. There are always activities and food trucks in summer.

Home Sweet Home

Club Merion had been an exceptional place to live. From the staff to the community has been unmatched. The Property Manager, Sue, and her staff have been the primary reason why we continue to stay here. They enjoy getting to know their residents personally (take the time to know each resident by name) they genuinely care about everyone (residents and visitors alike), and from personal experience - they have been so generous and spread kindness that we unfortunately don't experience these days. The staff is so hospitable, respectful, and perform top maintenance. They offer any help to make sure you are comfortable and feel at home. During the warm months the property hires security that keeps our property and vehicles safe. The only reason we plan to leave is to purchase our first home- if Club Merion allowed purchase of their units we would mostly certainly be considering the possibility. I have rented from many different properties in Columbia as well as across Maryland, Club Merion should be the leading example ALL other rental properties should strive to achieve.

Club Merion Review

I am very happy we chose to live here. Between the kind and responsive staff and maintenance, the security, and the thick concrete walls it makes it easy to feel welcome and secure in this apartment complex. My only complaint is the food trucks and events typically not vegan friendly.
