Aster

I've been living at Aster College Park for over a year now, and overall, it's been a good experience with some notable highlights and a few downsides. Pluses: 1. Staff: The staff here are fantastic! They're always friendly, responsive, and willing to help with any issues that arise. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the leasing office team is welcoming and professional. 2. Amenities: The amenities are top-notch. The gym is well-equipped, and there's a lovely pool area that's perfect for relaxing. I also appreciate the community lounge and the co-working spaces, which have been great for getting work done or just hanging out. 3. Location: The location is incredibly convenient. It's close to shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get around. Plus, the surrounding neighborhood is safe and vibrant. Minuses: 1. Noise Between Apartments: Unfortunately, noise can be an issue here, particularly between the ceilings and floors of the apartments. Footsteps and other sounds from neighbors can sometimes be quite loud, which can be disruptive, especially at night. 2. Nonexistent Visitor Parking: There is no designated visitor parking, which means guests have to pay for street parking or find paid parking nearby. This can be inconvenient, especially during busy times or if you have frequent visitors. 3. Inconsiderate Residents: While most of the residents are friendly and considerate, there are a few who don't always follow the community guidelines. This includes things like not cleaning up after their pets or being loud late at night, which can detract from the overall living experience. Overall, Aster College Park offers a pleasant living environment with excellent amenities and a great location. However, the noise levels and the lack of free visitor parking are things to be aware of. If these issues were addressed, it would be an even better place to live.

Lived here for one year, convenient location nice apartments

I love everything about the Aster! From the front desk staff to the leasing office(Kaci, Gabriela and others) are all professional and take such great pride in their representation of the Aster. The building is well maintained which is greatly appreciated. I also love the ongoing communications that are pushed out and enforcement of building rules. Thank you!

Aster is a great spot. Have been here for a year and just renewed for a second. Everything is clean and amentities are very nice. Building still feels very new. Staff is great and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place in College Park

The place is nice, and I enjoy the location. The parking garage can be a pain as it is too narrow, also the gates to the garage don't work great.

I love the interior of the property. Walking through the amenities is very therapeutic. The scent and cleanliness of the place brings peace. The staff is very friendly and professional.
