What others love about this property:
Location and Community
Lived here for 10 years and love the community. Management is quick and responsive and maintenance is also quick to address issues. Started off as two of us now that number has doubled and we made an effortless transition too a larger apartment.
Less than I expected
I moved here during covid, I knew the market rates of everywhere else in Montgomery county, so I did move here knowing I was going to be in not ideal place. But prices were so inflated that I didn't want to waste all my income on another subpar unit. Parking would be fine elsewhere but in this section not great. Nothing will ever be fixed unless it's required-- one maintenance person was extremely rude. The noise is fine. There's no ice maker which every other place I've ever lived had one. Not to mention, there's no clock on the stove so you have to get a kitchen timer as if Julia Child was still alive. It's extremely mid-1950s of them and this place was built in '70s. I am moving soon thankfully so non-issue much longer.
We have really enjoyed our stay at Country Place Apartments.
We absolutely adore the staff here they are always willing to help with any issue. Maintenance is speedy and reliable. Parking is decent. They just added camera so saftey is considered. Love our apartment.

Love living here. Love office and maintenance staff. f would recommend living here.
Consider all Options
This is a nice place to live, but only if you can mange to be placed in certain bldgs in the community. The parking is ok, but nothing to be impressed with as well as the amenities. Specifically, the water seems to be geared toward running slower and taking alot longer to get hot, which makes the utitlity bill be higher than what it needs to be. Running th dryer is the same. It takes way too long to dry clothes. The units does not have enery efficient appliances. The refrigerator runs for extended periods of time for no reason. Not nearly enought handicapped parking. But overall, its an ok place to live.
