Area is always clean and decent. Kind neighborhood.
This area at CPA is a peaceful, clean area with kind neighbors and a pool area. When I call for maintenance they come next day or immediately. Its a very nicw area.

Quiet community
This community is very well maintained and the staff if extremely helpful; parking sometimes is a bit crowded but that happens at any community; for the most part it is very quiet and clean.
