I’ve been living at The palisades for couple of months, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The management team is responsive and professional, and maintenance requests are always handled quickly.

Maintenance scheduling

I have had a very positive experience living here. The front desk staff is very attentative.However, the person in charge of scheduling maintenance is very inconsiderate with the resident's time and inconveniences. We were told Saturday that we could NOT get our car out of the garage until the afternoon. Without notice!!! Then on a Monday morning the elevators were out of service at 8 am . Causing many residents to be late for work. We all understand that maintenance needs to be scheduled but it is the job of the office manager Richard to ensure that the scheduled time interferes as little as possible with the tenants (I didnt know the cranes were going to block the entrance or I didn't know the elevator apt was this lengthy is not an excuse) It is an indication that questions are not being asked by the manager of the maintenance crews.
