Rampant water shutoff and issues, slow response to maintenance, failure to manage central heating/cooling, and reduced amenities without reduction in rent. Not worth yhe money or hassle.

Significant decline in quality. Frequent loss of water. Maintenance issues ignored. So many washer machines not working. Neighbors smoke inside apartments.
