Is some things that could be fixed? Is some things that could change? I don't really have a lot of complaints. It's just that I'm not used to dealing with mouse. I'm not used to Not knowing how much I'll be paying every month

They owe me for an xtra payment of app fee. Have not received any word for that. Roof leak twice came out once & didn't clean my sofa. Adding extra fees, no rental should be paying for.

I had to move on very short notice, and Charnell knew how important it was for me to get settled within a week. She even came in on her day off to move me in! The staff was friendly, followed up promptly, and really made the entire moving experience much less stressful. I truly appreciate all the support.
