I'm Back!

I lived here from 03/22-11/22. When I had to move back for work recently, I knew there was only one place I could return to. I love my apartment here at the James. Thank you Khalilah and the rest of the staff for making my transition easy and stress free. If you are moving to Annapolis, you should consider living in The James!

Truely Luxurious Apartment Living

I have lived at The James in Annapolis, MD for just over one year now. This has been a great transition from home-living to apartment-living. Inside the apartment, the walls are very sound isolating (except if you have a neighbors dog barking) and the apartment features are amazing. It is like any other complex in regards to shared A/C (I'll sometimes come home to the smell of a dinner), but the apartment has always been super cozy. Speaking of noise issues, the front office staff (Khalilah and Brianna) are always concerned (to the best of their abilities) on making sure residents are happy with where they call home. Please show them respect. Speaking of respect, we have to respect the maintenance team (Chris and Colin [I have heard of someone named George but never met them]) as they are phenomenal. Any issues are fixed quickly by using the RentCafe app. They care about those living in the building, do excellent work, and are very polite. The apartment amenities have been fantastic. Everything remains clean (you'll see some trash or dirt in the elevator one day, and then it is gone the next day). Heavy kudos to the cleaning team. Parking garage is a struggle between tenants who misuse the parking garage doors as they have broken down a few times I was here (they have remained operational ever sense around August of 2022). But that is always an issue at apartments with tenants not caring about where they live. If you want a cozy place to call home (and you can afford it...that's why I left), please make sure to have The James on your radar. You would not want to miss out on living at such a cozy place.
