Pets allowed. Dogs, cats, birds, turtles and fish in small aquariums (20 gallons max) are welcome. A maximum of two dogs, cats or birds in any combination are permitted in each apartment with a maximum weight of 35lbs. full grown. A nonrefundable pet fee of $300 will be required at move in. Management must see all pets prior to their move in and has the right to deny any pet that may violate the community rules and regulations or be a danger to the Community. Dog and Cat owners are required to present a copy of a current license and proof of current rabies inoculation at move in and annually. Dog owners must purchase and maintain renter’s insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 in liability coverage. A copy of the policy renewal must be given to management once a year. The policy must name the following as Certificate Holders: The name of the Community and Habitat America, LLC. This requirement is to protect the dog owner against liability claims in the event their dog causes injury to others. Dogs, specifically, “Pit bulls” or other perceived vicious breeds (including but not limited to Pit bull crossbreeds, Pit bull mix, American Staffordshire terrier, Staffordshire bull terrier) are not permitted on the property at any time. Visiting Pets, puppies under the age of six (6) months, and other reptiles are not permitted. Management has the right to revoke the privilege of having a pet if the pet policies are violated. Animals which are designated as assistance animals to the disabled are accepted with the appropriate documentation.

I meant to respond back 3 weeks ago, with service provided to me from maintenance. Away tending to a family crisis. I leftca request with management regarding my bdrm screen needed to be placed back on track. Since new management here, all requests and services are taken care of immediately. Always do courteous and ask if need anything else, don't hesitate to call. Management Joya & service manager, Purnell. They listen to you. Don't have to repeat a problem. It's always done by order and accurately. They always greet with a smile. I love and am proud to call Bay Forest, my home. Taking the time now to say, I appreciate the staff, Joya, LaAsia and Purnell. I recommend them highly. We appreciate you here and what wonderful services, u have brought into our community. God Bless u for what u do.

I've lived here for seven years. The rent is reasonable, and the location is ideal - within walking distance of a grocery store, other shops, and restaurants. There is a good sense of community here. I enjoy living here and have no desire to move.

I have lived here 12 years. I love it. It's peaceful, clean and good neighbors that look out for each other. Workout room, chair exercise, and a coordinator that plan events for us to enjoy. Everything is convenient like shopping, several places to eat,and banks close by.

I have lived here for 9 years. I really love my apartment, my location in the building, my hallway has great neighbors, holiday celebrations are provided for all residents and are excellent. I have not encountered any problems or anything to be unhappy about. I would recommend Bay Forest to anybody who asks how i like living here.
