Good location, neighbors are loud and obnoxious, visitor parking is used by residents instead of visitors, trash everywhere, laundry room is never cleaned, dog poop every where

I enjoyed living here and had no major problems. When something wasn’t working, maintenance was dispatched quickly and effectively.

No amenities, parking lot is a little tight, but they are responsive when needed and friendly.

Enjoy living here. Simple apartment. 1 reserved spot. No ammenties

The rent is too high for what this apartment offers. It is cute, safe, and fairly up to date. The proximity to downtown Annapolis is good. The maintenance person is nice. The neighbors are friendly. They do spray for an underlying roach situation. That said - the shared laundry is disgusting, the pocket style closets are pretty inconvenient, there’s very little counterspace, and the noise bleed between apartments is bad, especially between units directly above and below each other. Management is hands off - which has its pros and cons. If rent was around 1400, this apartment would be worth it.

I love this location. Its very convenient my children cam walk to school. Im just a short drive from my job. I love that i have a washer and dryer. I havent had issues with packages being stolen.
