The landlord should be taking care of all the maintenance however the management expects that tenant pays out of pocket for sink/drainage issues. This is the first place where we lived in last 10 years that tenant has to pay for these issues. How is that not different that owning a house/place? Everything else is good but we don't agree with their maintenance policy.

Everything is great here. However the elevator has been broken for months now and nothing has happened. They used to have cleaners cleaning the hallways and such and also have not seen them in months. Neighbors are really nice and in a good location

Once more, we are seeing another change related to maintenance that was issued today. This change will prioritize the company's rights over the once-upon-a-time good relationship with their customers. Now, the technician will assess the repair requested and will charge the repair to us in case the repair follows the provincial act, which, according to the la,w is correct, but once more showing that you guys don't care about your clients and things are getting worse and worse to us since you started to administer this condo. Congratulations on your customer service and looking after your pockets instead of us.
