The hallways are extremely hot and humid.

I think that the AC in the common areas needs some attention. It is do hot in the building it travels into the suites.

I have been living here since the 2nd of June; the management team promised me they will fix the payment issue in a couple of days because the unit's previous tenant paid June's rent, so I do not need to pay again. The management team staff confirmed that they would transfer the previous one's rents into my ledger; however, another 10 days have passed, nothing has changed, and hilariously, 2 staff members on their team (one sent me an email and another one made a call during my working time) asked me why I did not pay the rent. This is insulting and it is your team's problem, not mine

Very new to living here. Staff have been phenomenal , maintenance dept needs some help as repairs are a little neglected from what I have seen so far.

Good place to live. Convenient location close to eveything you need.

The landlord should be taking care of all the maintenance however the management expects that tenant pays out of pocket for sink/drainage issues. This is the first place where we lived in last 10 years that tenant has to pay for these issues. How is that not different that owning a house/place? Everything else is good but we don't agree with their maintenance policy.
