Car parking issue

Overall beautiful building with nice amenities. One thing i will stress is the car parking has started as an inconvience and is now becoming an annoyance, for lack of better words. Outdoor paid parking is taken up, and for somebody who has a vehicle and cannot afford underground parking, it leaves me no choice but to either park outside of the premisis or in visitor parking, well the annoyance with this that i put myself at risk of getting towed if i park in visitor parking, and management will not constantly keep writing up visitor passes for me every day(was informed the visitor pass is only valid for overnight on the date the pass states). This leaves me no choice but to park outside of the premisis. Now im a reasonable person and if i have to go through this until i can get a paid outdoor spot than so be it. But my issue with both of these options is that my car has been broken into on BOTH occasions; in a visitor spot, and outside of the fence by the railroad.
