We dont have access to some amenties and they require us to pay to book for an amenity just because some people left the room messy instead of fining those people heavily, they chose to close the room down for everyone. We pay so much for rent and we dont even get access to everything.

Had my car broken into twice, no accomodations for parking if your on the waitlist. Workout room could use more equipment(free weights, resistance bands, heavier dumbells). On a positive note, Beautiful building, great custodians, good neighbors. The tenants can be a bit inconsiderate when it comes to cleanliness and perservation of the public spaces but the employees do a good job keeping things in order. It doesnt go unoticed, keep the building upkept. Good job.

Great so far. Except that there are no cameras in the hallways and elevators which may pose a security risk
