Really enjoy living here. I absolutely love my apartment. My main criticism is that there’s no recycling in the building.

Units are pretty overpriced for the level of noise you hear from surrounding tenants and the sketchy location. A 2 bedroom + den (close to 900 square feet) will cost as much as a 2 bedroom (700 square feet). Parking is 150-175 (pretty sure its 175 now) for gated parking, but gated parking is the only option now since they kicked everyone out of the open parking lot so they could build a new apartment building. MRH has been consistently jacking up unit prices since ive been here. Considering worth id say 1 bedrooms should be 1150-1250, 1350 for a 1+Den, 2 bedroom should be 1400-1550 and 2+den should be 1650.

I'm living here for 1 year. This is realy nice place to live. We have here everything we possible need - gym, laundary, play room for kids and penthouce with open space and BBQ zone. The place is really good to live. One thing could be better - location, it's city centre, we can't just move whole building somewhere else. But the good about it is that you can get to every place of Winnipeg from here by public transport, which is really close.
