I have been living hear for 3/4 years. The cleaning of the underground parking had been inadequate except for one year when it was timed correctly and cleaned well. This year it was done poorly and too soon in the season. The floor is currently covered in sand and grit, and the air quality is being impacted as we are breathing in sandy air when we are walking to and from our cars. I was told that because the cleaning had been done too early, that itvwould be repeated soon. Hopefully the company hired will do a good job mof rinsing the space after the initial clean. Also we need an additiinal garbage bin as there has been garbage strewn around the bins almost every week. Other than those two things, I am very happy here. Friendly tenants, good staff (Lily & Filip). Kudos to the cleaning staff as well. The floor outside the elevator for folks moving needs a power wash.

I've lived here for a year and a half and for the most part i love it. Great location!! Underground parking could have the floor cleaned sooner starbucks seems to be broken alot Pool table was nice to see it with new cloth

The outdoor parking lot is very chaotic. Many vehicles that have not paid for parking often stay overnight in the outdoor parking lot, and they are frequently parked in an improper manner. This makes it very inconvenient for vehicles with assigned parking spaces to enter and exit. It is also unfair to residents who pay for parking when unpaid vehicles are allowed to use the outdoor parking lot for a long period of time.

Have moved in 4 years ago. Unit is very well laid out. Practical and user friendly. Building maintenance could be improved. New management (since Jan.2026) Amenities are comfortable and ease to acces.
