I have been here for 3 months and still do not have a buzz code, and the noise is all night. Garbage all over the exterior of the building. Extremely unclear and inconsistent communication from managers.

i have lived here for almost a year now and so far, i have had no complaints. My only problem is having to deal with the building manager, Filip; he has a very bad attitude and my limited interactions wirth him have been mostly rude whenever I have a question or an issue in the apartment. He does help but a little kindness could go a long way.

I've been living here for almost 2 years. Manager responses were quick for the first few months. After that it seems to be that the pay rent is not coincedence to the biulding maintainence - exits are slippery, so i fall and hit myself from time to time; once it was forgotten to book the facility for the party i hosted; any attempts to reach the one of the manager is 90% impossible due to their absense on the workplace.

My experience living here has been good. I only wish that the member of staff are more reachable. It always feels like you are dealing with brickwall most of the time (sometimes, emails go unanwered, no prompt resolutions to issues raised etc), very frustrating. They can put more human touch to their customer service.
