Hard to get info or contact staff sometimes. Big turnover in building managers and have had trouble with them not knowing or unable to answer questions. Fan in bathroom runs all time and is very noisy

I enjoy this apartment and the staff have always been great. I found this year when my rent went up$165 a month that it was way too much for anyone let alone a senior on fixed income. $1640 seems so much for a one bedroom with no dishwasher or building amenities.
