I've been in the building just over 6 years now and it's come a long way. Staff is really great now, parking is safe, secure and reasonably priced for the location. Rent is pretty high for the space we're in though. There are a larger than normal number of water shutdowns however.

Im maybe home 1-2 weeks out of the month, maybe it just a bad year i moved into the biulding , there was so much construction going on within the building , if i knew before hand i would of not move in , the summer sucked no central air but happy they gave a air conditioner till all the work was done but it only kept the living room cool. Always came home to dust all over from the apartment updates , property management usually efficient answering when have concerns

It is completely unacceptable that there are constant, ongoing issues in this building with no lasting resolution in sight: - At least one elevator is always out of service, creating serious inconvenience and safety concerns. - The air conditioner replacement was unreasonably delayed, and now the new unit is not functioning properly. - Water shutdowns happen far too frequently, disrupting daily life. These are not minor inconveniences. They are persistent failures in basic building maintenance and management. Immediate and permanent solutions are long overdue.
