There are too many things to list: since moving in 2 & 1/2 years ago, the building's general care and upkeep (cleaning, damages in hallways, etc) has been on a downward slope: this is due to sporadic cleaning and at least 50 year old carpet in the hallway. Maintenance people are good, but stretched too thin. The property manager position would be best served with an AI replacement: AI would likely show more compassion and understanding to tenant issues, respond proactively and embrace the tenets Alliance has emblazoned on its website - AI would also likely have a better personality (or a personality in general). I do love the building and rich history: ive had positive interactions with maintenance personnel when the property manager graces them with a tenant issue (these are usually ignored or not replied to, often for months). He needs to put down the morning paper he often writes commentaries to, and focus on the job -:timely and effective delegation/management
