It is a decent place to live, however, there are some tenants that are very disrespectful to the building, especially when messes are made and no effort is made to clean it up. Tenants have left large furniture pieces by the garbage cans, some tenants go out of their way to cause problems for other tenants. Tenants have lately been burning food on the second floor causing the fire department to attend to the building and people keep smoking pot in the building. We keep smelling the odour on our floor even though Vionell keeps sending out reminder letters.
