We really enjoy living at Hilltop Developments! The employees are great and always helpful. Our apartment has a balcony, a washer, dryer, AC, and lots of storage - everything we were looking for.

Lived here 20 months. Excellent location. Bad maintenance and snow/ice removal. I'd warn people thinking of moving here about the loud students (maybe try directing them into certain blocks at the start of the school year). If rent keeps going up the least you can do is do repairs in a timely manner.
