Need more attention to enforce restrictions for residents
The new building and amenities- staff are very nice however the noise is pretty bad, and on the weekend outside the bedroom windows (1st floor) due to the shortage of visitor parkings the entry ramp turms in to parking and people either leaving the building or restaurants around getting to their cars at 2,3,4, AM with loud conversations makes it impossible to relax.

Luxury Living
Have lived here for a little under 6 months and have had a generally good experience. Parking is really tough to find, but they are starting to put in street parking available to residents. Gym and pool get busy occasionally, but overall seems like you are never really waiting to use any amenities. Would like to see another welcome party now that the building is starting to fill up!
