The property is located in a decent area. The apartments themselves are nothing fancy- very simple. There are laundry facilities in the basement and the neighbors are friendly.

I have come to love my apartment over four years but pretty incredible that they raised the rent when they’ve never fixed things like a large hole in the bathroom wall or very large hole in the wall under the kitchen sink. Overall I still love it though.

This area is an awesome place to live. Paying rent is so easy and accessible as you are able to pay online and my building is right in front of the rental office. Parking is great too because it away from the main street of downtown. The population/demographic is both young, single professional as well as mature single professional. It is quiet and has 24 hour pharmacy close and easy access to highways and w. spfld has a lot of food options. I love it !!!
