Residents are allowed up to 2 pets maximum. Our pet rent is as follows: Cats: $45/month Dogs: $75/month We do not have a weight limit, but please note our breed restrictions: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chow-chows, Doberman, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Begian Malanois, St. Bernard. Any animals in a cage or tank are permitted at no cost. Please reach out to our office for information regarding required documentation for service animals.

Great design and good setup with offices available for remote work, though managing capacity may become tricky as the property reaches capacity. Some tenants do not abide to the property rules and this is a concern and so is the issues with the elevator in Building C. The staff is prompt in responding to issues.

I have lived at Oxbow Wayland for one year and I think it's a fantastic place to live. It is clean, well-maintained, quiet, and convenient to shopping of all kinds. Highly recommended to people of all ages.

The upkeep of this complex, the amount of things that are broken, or unusable, really knock Oxbow down a few pegs. Two bedrooms at $4200 is insane and the parking is the worst..

I love how comfortable my unit feels, from the adequate storage space to the spacious floor plan. The large windows bring in a lot of lot light and make feel connected to the outside elements with an unobstructed view of the clouds. I have lived at this community for one month and have already managed to make a few great connections. The neighbors are very friendly and mindful of keeping the noise levels down. The amenities at Oxbow are so well thought and designed. The Farmhouse is very spacious and grand, with a very thoughtful design style. The design includes designated areas for relaxation in front of the double-sided fireplace, separate game areas to play board games, chess and pool/billiards. The entry way has a complimentary coffee machine and an area for doggy treats. The gym has state of the art equipment. The outdoor spaces include two large courtyards, with outdoor furniture that flank the modern gas lit fire pits, outdoor grills, swings, rocking chairs and hammocks. I have yet to experience the simulated golf area and the outdoor pool, as pool season has not approached yet. The staff, including the maintenance staff have been responsive and amazing. Overall, my experience has been really nice thus far and I would highly recommend living at this community!

I have been living here for 2 plus years and find the property to be well maintained, the staff always friendly and conveniently located. There is little to no noise and the workout facility is great.
