Fantastic

I have lived at Bell Watertown for almost 10 months now, and it has been the best rental experience I've had. The apartment units, common areas, and landscaping are well-maintained, and the community members are friendly and quiet. The staff is phenomenal - maintenance requests are answered quickly, and the leasing office staff (Karen and Lori) are amazing. I would definitely recommend living here.

The good and the bad

I've lived at this property for 2.5 years and overall I have enjoyed my experience. Two big negatives are the trash and the amenities offered. There NEEDS to be another trash receptacle on the property. The current bins can't handle the volume of trash produced by residents and each week the trash area is overflowing and a disgusting mess. The property also needs to improve the amenities. Things are getting a little old and out of date for the cost of living here. One big issue was the pool this past summer. The pool was basically closed for maintenance the entire summer. While I understand that it's not the fault of maintenance if pool parts aren't available, management should have offered something to residents as an apology. Not having the pool was a HUGE loss and residents should have received some money back or something else that would be equivalent to losing out on the use of such an important amenity that we pay for year round. Aside from these issues, I have had a good experience overall at the property and I appreciate the hard work of the maintenance and office teams.

its ok except for the neighbor banging her broomstick because my kids are playing. pool has been out of order for half the summer, the bbq grills do not get cleaned well, neither the gym much. could be better, but we're still here. time to refresh the playground too
