The fully furnished apartment is well maintained and maintenance requests are taken seriously. The apartment is close to Moody Street in Waltham and Brandeis University, including a nearby shuttle service, which is nice. All amenities are up to date, the bathrooms are comparatively modern, and the kitchen is big. The only problems are: The walls tend to be thin (you can probably hear your roommates), and laundry machines are only operatable with coins.

Mostly it has been a good experience living here. Some of the property managers have been interesting to work with- the residents and I that I live with were blamed for putting up locks that were already in our apartment before moving in. I would recommend that before any accusations are made by property managers, they have an open conversation with residents first.
