Highly Recommend Renting

I looked at moving to the Norwood property, but that didn't work out, so I ended up applying to the Village Green property and it's better than I expected. The apartment I moved into is a spacious 700+ square feet with plenty of room for myself and my 2 cats to run around. The amenities for the complex include a community pool and gym, a plot you can rent in the garden during the summer, local honey to buy from the hives on property, and occasional community events. The rental cost is reasonable and there is always parking available. Everything on the complex is walkable, noise is mild depending on the building you're in, and every building has a washer/dryer you share with other tenants. If you commute to work by the commuter rail, the closest one is 10 minutes away in Mansfield and is very reliable. There isn't much traffic in the area even with being across the street from an elementary school. The staff are always helpful and maintenance takes care of any issues you have within a reasonable timeframe. I haven't had any issues with pests like I had in my other apartments in New York. Highly recommend this apartment if you're looking for a quiet neighborhood feel.

Good Environment bit Expensive

The Ambiance, staff and process is good, supportive and smooth. Well maintained community, felt 5% to 10% expensive compared to other opportunities near by. But having a good time staying here no doubt on that..!!

Great Apartment

Reasonable price. Reliable and fast maintenance. Beautifully maintained landscaping. Gym and pool are nice and pleasant. The clubhouse provides a suitable remote work office. Staff is friendly and reasonable to work with. Relevant for 100s building --- Little noise. Parking always available. Neighbors are pleasant.

A nice place to live

I have lived for more than 12 years and we have had a good experience living here. One of the things I like the most is how the property looks in the different seasons of the year, the flowers, the trees, and the facilities such as having a gym, tennis court, and swimming pool. It is also close to everything you need to buy.
