Wonderful place to live and central to major roads and stores. Everyone is friendly, and staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and inclusive. Property is well taken care of and response is quick. Lots of amenities and activities run by very engaging and encouraging staff. So glad I moved here, and I love my apartment. ??????

AVENU Natick- A Great Place to Live

My mom moved there in March. Has loved it. Apartment is designed nicely and well appointed. Team is great; Always friendly and helpful. Safety is very important here; especially in these times. Activities are abundant with a full monthly calendar.. Socializing is available and encouraged. Very Nice and friendly Tenants/Neighbors. Large Common area, including an Ultra Modern Kitchen with Captains table, Fitness center, Theater and Spa. Beautiful pool, Barbeque and putting green. Always neat and clean. Parking is in a covered garage. Location is terrific. Nearby Malls, shopping centers, Grocery stores and healthcare. Town provided transportation is available. Avenu is a gem for the 62+ community
