Overall, my experience has been very positive and I don’t have much to complain about. The environment is generally comfortable, and I appreciate the overall atmosphere. At times, there can be some noise from the upstairs kids running around, but they’re just being kids, so it’s understandable and not a major issue for me. There was also one incident where a car parked directly in front of my bedroom window had a faulty alarm that kept going off around 2:00 AM, which was disruptive enough that I had to call the police. One improvement I’d suggest would be adding one-way mirror window film or some type of enhanced privacy feature for the windows. That would make a noticeable difference, especially in situations like that. Aside from those minor inconveniences, I’ve been pretty satisfied overall.

I have lived in an apartment for just under a year now and everyone has seemed welcoming. Close knit community where neighbors keep to themselves but are friendly and it seems like everyone watches out for each other. They are there to help if needed. Friendly and family oriented, location convenient to highways and everything you could need is local.

Just moved in a few months ago beginning of July 2023. It's a great first apartment or starter apartment like it is for me. First time living on my own and it's been a great experience so far! Everyone has been nice and helpful and staff has been responsive to any needs or problems that come up. Rent is affordable and location is great! neighbors are all respectful and seems like a good community (family friendly).
