IThe lack of upkeep inside the apartmentd has went downhill. There isnt regular upkeep as far cleaning vents, checking the air quality etc. They wait until something breaks to fix it. The constant rent increase yet i still have white appliances. The tenants dont clean up their dog poop!

Unnatentive staff and awful service level
Beatufiul and confy condo. Well placed in the heart of Marlborough. Suddenly, something changed in the staff, and the service level dropped. It's almost impossible to talk to anybody in the office, which remains closed almost always. I've tried calling, sending e-mails, and opening service requests, but nothing. No answer

Moved in back in 2012... Still here and happy! Office Staff and Maintenance are great, policies understandable and amenities pool / clubhouse / Workout room and weights / cardio equipment a big plus.

New owner of the complex. I think it's to early to know.
The new owners took over a few months ago. I'm waiting for to update the comlex. It needs a facelift. I've been here many years. There are apartments have ripped screens and stuff outside their apartments . It decreases the value of the property.
