My family and I keep to ourselves mostly. Most neighbors and staff are friendly. Some neighbors are, not. They leave their trash out and can be noisy.

I had a good expiernce until I had ONE incident here which led to dealing with eviction and feeling uncomfortable in my home because management just watches my key fob and visitors . I feel I have no privacy here and have to walk on egg shells with whatever I do. I stay inside most days because of this, I wish I had somewhere else to go unfortunately I dont .

Management here is far better then when I was growing up 20 years ago. Been here for about 6 years and have seen this team put in the effiort to make this place a comminity.

It hasnt always been that great. Too many unreliable maintenance people coming in and out of here and no one is ever explained why. We should have assigned parking spaces. We should get help sealing windows for the cold weather.

Decent place, parking spots are tight, cigarette smell, and loud kids outside. But overall okay and great price for the cost of living
