General labor redoing whole apartment

Its ok place to live just wish they can fix and do the whole apaetment not just paint walls. They have good hardwood floors but mines havent been touched

Smoking matters

I moved here cuz one of the rules was there was no smoking of any kind in the apartment but that’s all I smell in my apartment is people smoking. Gets to me I open my apartment door from a long days work to have my apartment smell like someone was smoking inside
