Willow Street Flats

I really love the location, the lay of the apartment and not having to pay for gas or electric. I would say the noise and trash are an issue at times and one of the shades was not designed for the French Balcony, which I thought was odd, For the most part I'm really happy here at Willow St. Flats and it's a great location. Thank you for having me here.

Average apartment experience. No major issues and any maintenance requests were answered in a timely fashion. Being near the train station is nice to go into Boston & back without issue. Downtown is quite, but a few staple restaurants and stores.

We have been very grateful to have found Willow Flats. When we sold our home we never thought we would experience our next 'forever' home. We are delighted! And every employee has been kind, efficient and considerate. Thank you!!

Very quiet building. Great parking. Beautiful apertments.

So far so good, the green energy takes a little while to figure out, there are still a lot issues to work out, shades, one that is missing, unfinished work inside and out of the building but for the most part Madison Management has been receptive to my requests, overall, a good move me.

This apartment building has not even been open a year. It's been an ideal location for us and meets our needs well. During the first few months, the management of the building was VERY responsive to concerns, whether they were heating/cooling issues, trash or a fire alarm that kept going off. With the newer management, we have concerns that this attentiveness is slipping – to be clear, not with us as much as with some of the needs of our neighbors. Noise levels have increased later at night and early in the morning...thumping on walls and floors, playing loud music. Restrictions on laundry times (the machines cause the immediate areas to shake) are being ignored. As this continues, we are starting to wonder if this building will continue to be the value it once was.
