Safety & location

A great and safe location to raise your children. Amenities may be sparse but safty and convenience are top notch. A great bonus is the rail trail so close by.

Doesn't Offer What Is Advertised

There is no real basketball court. There is NOT a playground. The laundry machines are not cleaned and many dryers on different floors don't dry the clothes because their vents are backed up with lint which is a fire hazard. The police, fire & ambulance are constantly present for one reason or another. They say the building was sound proofed during their 2011 remodel but we can hear EVERYTHING from the unit above and under us. By everything I mean everything.... A to Z. From what I hear, if you have an end unit you can hear people going up and down the stairs loudly starting as early as 3am. The a/c in the building is kept off except for in the rental office so you die of heat as soon as you enter in the summer time and in the winter they have the building heat turned up so high that you melt of heat exhaustion just walking to your unit. On a good note the staff are very friendly but that is as far as that goes. The End.

It has been a pleasure living here for the last 2.5 years. It's a clean and friendly place that's in a great location to everything you need while also being tucked away from it all. A perfect combination for my family.
