Comfortable. All needs meet. Can be as active as I want to be. We have been at Binnall House 6 1/2 years. Do recommend to family and friends what we have found to be a safe and convenient place to live. The whole staff has been terrific, like family.

building cleanliness

enjoy my apartment, the building cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. been here 8 years, the trash shoots have never been cleaned. Vacuuming of hallways is not done on a regular basis. New elevator lobby floors, install about 2-3 months ago have never been washed, even though I requested them done before the holidays it never happened.
