Decent but small

The Adam's House is a good place to live, overall. The Staff and Maintenance are pretty responsive. The apartments are a bit pricey and small, but nice. We have had nearly no problems since we moved in. The noise level is lower than in most apartment buildings, but it will depend on your neighbors, as always. They do a good job of keeping the place clean and safe. Not a lot of storage, space but there are pretty cheap storage units nearby.

Quiet and Quality

Living in this building is wonderful! The best part of living at the Adams House is the staff who work here. Kim the property manager is reasonable and great to talk with. The maintenance staff are caring and quick with their work. Overall, my experience at the Adams House has been wonderful!
