Policies

Pets allowed. Cats and Small Dogs, 2 max pets per unit, monthly fee is required for all pet owners. We gladly accept animals at The Highlands!  There is a 40 pound weight limit for one animal and a combined total of 80 pounds for two. There is a two pet max with a monthly fee of $75 for dogs and $45 for cats. The monthly pet fee is per pet.  All dogs must be vaccinated and a copy of vet records must be provided. We have a fenced dog park and pet stations throughout the property with bags provided. Breed restrictions apply.  The restricted breeds are as follows, but are not limited to, Pit bulls, doberman pinschers, and all other aggressive breeds of dogs are not allowed at any time. For the purpose of this statement/ lease agreement, aggressive breeds shall be determined by the Property Manager.Cats allowed. Dogs allowed.

I've lived here for twelve years and have never been happier than I am with the new management. Concerns are addressed immediately. Our maintenance manager, Mike, is a godsend. Every time i've needed something repaired, Mike has taken care of it that very day. The grounds are well-maintained on the whole, but inconsiderate tenants with dogs are a big problem. It's a nice, safe place to live, which is the most important thing to me!
