Has improved

There has been a lot of improvement with the office staff and maintenance. Parking lots are clear from cars that were stranded, and they just did the paving. Finally have resident events that are enjoyable for kids. You can't beat the location. I'm spoken to respectfully by the office. People complain about anything and everything, so i give them credit. Overall, i have been enjoying it since the new manager has taken over. We've seen changes.

We are now on our second year here, and are pleasantly accustomed to the racial diversity and friendliness of all our neighbors. The management and Mantenance staff are second to none. The property appears to be about 30 years old but in good condition. A great value in this area.

Pet policy

This is crazy they say you can have dogs but a huge list of dogs you cant have.. that's insane and not right at all decrimination against moajority of dog . Good luck everyone who has a dog
