I've lived here 3 years. Super staff and maintenance. Beautiful grounds. Pet friendly. Would be nice to have a small playground for families; also to be able to use the clubhouse. It is pretty, but not available for gatherings. Location is convenient for shopping; traffic can be hectic on State Road.
