Pets allowed. We are a pet friendly community. The following criteria apply: A monthly pet rent of $65.00 for a dog up to 80 lbs (two per apartment) and $35.00 for a cat (two per apartment). We do not allow Pitbulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, American Bulldogs, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Cane Carso, Bull Terrier, American Bully, Argentine Dogo, or Rottweilers. Any mix of these restricted breeds is also prohibited. We may require a written verification from a vet stating its breed and weight at full growth. We also may require a picture of the dog at move in or with the application. Only 2 pets per apartment will be allowed.

This has been a great place to live after we sold our large home in a neighboring town! The rooms are large and the floor plan was great for us (2 bedroom/2.5 bath model). So convenient to downtown Concord for grocery shopping, CVS, hardware store, post office, bank, library, shops, a few restaurants, train station ... virtually everything you need is close by and within walking distance. The property management has a convenient portal for billing and taking care of any maintenance requests. The person in charge of maintenance is VERY responsive and helpful. There is very little noise from unit to unit. Feels very much like we are in our own townhouse or condo. The one-car garage provides plenty of room for parking and storage. My only complaint has NOTHING to do with the property or management, but the fact that one of the nearby neighbors to our building has a rooster that is very loud and crows at any time of day. Any new tenant should be aware of this up front. Overall, I highly recommend Fairhaven Residential Gardens.

I have lived here for many years. The location is ideal, a short walk to Concord center and right on route two. The apartments could have been nice if there were any upkeep, but they do not fix anything. Pipes run slow for months, they do not replace broken appliances, the screen doors are routinely broken and are never fixed. It sometimes takes years. One on my neighbors in another building, who is a senior citizen like me, needed to take them to court for a refrigerator. They have never cleaned the exterior of the windows in all of the years that I've been here. There are frequently smokers, and they do nothing to get rid of them. If you have a reasonable alternative, live elsewhere.
