My daughter and I love it here. Neighborhood kids are sweet. Don and Olympia go out of their way to help when any issues arise. Only complaint is a couple of neighbors not cleaning up after their dogs.

The parking spaces are so tight and the banging at 6:00am is a lot but olympia handled my noisy neighbors beautifully!

The apartment is roomy and has a walk in closet for both bedrooms. There are two bathrooms and a roomy porch. The appliances for our place are on the older side but still functional. I believe new places get upgraded appliances, we are not part of that because it started happening after we moved in. The pool is great with a lifeguard present at all times and there is a lot of space for the kids to play outside. Overall satisfaction is good considering current rent prices. One really great part is that packages can be delivered to the clubhouse and so we never have to worry and the gym has access at all times. The place is now smoke free although some people still have trouble following that rule. Noise level is fair, it is in an industrial neighborhood.
