modern apartment in small town
libed here 1yr. Charlton lacks so many things: grocery stores, parks, sidewalks, etc etc theres not much to do around here but at least this property complex is located right off route 20 so its quick/ easy to get to places. Apartment is nice, clean, updated and lots of parking.
Good option for residence
Ive been here since 1993, very affordable, for now. Last rent increase was a bit more than expected, but still like living here, and a good option.
Great location
I have lived here for over two years and i am very happy in this area. All the neighbors are very quiet and respectful and the maintenance is very quick to clean up any seasonal debris.
Excellent Apartment
I have lived at the Charlton property for many years and I have never had one complaint with the premises, the people who live here or the staff.
It’s ok for now
Definitely not someplace id like to live permanently. Paper thin walls, can hear conversations in my bedroom happening in the bedroom above, smoking cigarettes im apartments loosely enforced, eye sore/broken playground area, threatening emails encouraging residents to call police on children playing outside of the destroyed dangerous playground area.
