The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed. Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois, and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons. Maximum 2 pets allowed. Rent is $75/month per pet. Pet Fee is $300 per unit. **All pet fees, pet deposits, pet rent, weight limits, and the maximum number of pets allowed per apartment are subject to change at any time without notice and may be subject to certain restrictions. I understand that a third party vendor is used to set the rent price but this place is not worth it. There are no elevators, the trash is a mess, the parking lot is a nightmare. Rent should not be what it is. At least cover a utility or 2 for this price.

Prynne Hills is a Great Place to live!! It provides ample parking and the maintenance staff is very professional.

I have lived here for about 3 months and have loved every minute of it. I feel safe, have great parking and a beautiful place to go on walks. The only thing that is a struggle is that the walls and floor are supper thin so I can hear my upstairs neighbor at all hours of the day the same way my downstairs neighbor can hear me.
