Littleton Lyne Apartments

just moved in recently , the place is amazing and quiet.

Moving in this November was a breeze, neighbors are friendly, the property is quiet and the land around it is really nice to walk the dog. It is well maintained and there is always room for visitor parking. I have had a wonderful start here.

In two years of living in the apartments we believe its the most peaceful place we have ever lived. The neighbors are friendly and we love that they allow pets.

I've lived here for a no of years-place overall is clean, well maintained, w/small grassy area w/picnic tables, old firepit and designated parking space. Visitor's spaces are limited-don't ask me why but residents park frequently in Visitor spots so I hope they're paying extra $ for spots. If there's a minor or MAJOR maintenance problem (recently there was a nasty flood leak in my bathroom from upstairs unit via pipe that broke) DO NOT hesitate to use online portal or call 24/7 emergency line as rents here go up every year!!! Walls are thin-old building. No place is perfect-you don't know who most neighbors are and fine by me. Good location off a "highway" so occas.you need to wait for safe entry/exit to complex. Very happy to have washer & dryer in the unit. I've lived in dumps and nicer places: this place is a 4/5. Management needs to keep monitoring plumbing issues, keep things safe & clean, & monitor overflowing dumpster-overall a good place that's 45min to 1 hr commute to Boston.

while I am new to living here, my roommate has lived here for several years. It is a wonderful little community, very affordable. The leasing staff and maintenance staff are very quick to respond if ever needed. They are very kind and care about the tenants. The buildings are very well maintained. Coming from the "city", I love now living in a quaint area. Close enough to shopping for necessities without the congestion, traffic, and reach-out-your-window neighbors. I love it here :)

Halllway door slamming noise is a still loud and even the vibrating that shutters my livingroom sometimes. The door varies dependent whose used, if in a bad mood, or not, night of night, even someone has a lot of laundry to do. I know when people have laundry day hahaa, The laundry machines also are never maintained by the company on a regular basis. Tenants spill there detergents where it shouldnt be and dont clean it can get disgusting. The bushes cover too much of my window year round mostly where I hardly sunlight all day esp in winter. Now most important are the landscapers still on year 3 keep using the leafblower towards my window when its open. They stand right in front of the bush in between to lick my window and all the dirt around the bushes comes blowing into my apartment everywhere 10 feet into my apartment, I right to a dirt free apartment with my window open whenever I want. There suppose to use a rake or any tool other than that. Not aiming at me but near it still blows the dirt into the air then stilll gets in there. I used a traslator app to tell them my issue, they do it. I will say maintenance response is superb, very responsive, friendly, & skilled woth repairs. They immediately responded after hours for water pouring throughnthe ceiling.
