A360 Review

Pluses- Great location. Office staff is excellent. Minuses- Poor construction. Cheap finishes. Gym equipment is over ten years old. 2 of 3 treadmills have been non functional for over 6 months. Elipitical machines are partially functional. Garage doors are often non operational for months at a time leading to an unsecured garage. Given the level of rent charged for these units one would expect that these issues would be resolved quickly. It is not the on site office staff that is at fault. It's the property ownership that refuses to contract with competent service providers capable of fixing and maintaining equipment properly.

This is a great apartment complex!

The view is tough to beat. That apartments are very quiet. The staff is top notch. The neighbors are great. It comes with a price, but I would not say that this place is over-priced. It's about right given the market in Arlington. After five years, we still have no reason to move.
